  • 5+ years of industry experience in PPC, Search Engine Marketing and other digital marketing platforms


  • Ability to manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing – to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers
  • Track, report, and analyse PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Plan, develop and implement Search strategies for clients
  • Prepare and present reports regularly based on client’s requirement
  • Complete keyword research, writing ad copies and setting up search campaigns across platforms
  • Handling, monitoring campaigns across platforms and suggesting optimisation changes to improve KPIs/ROI
  • Analytical capabilities to understand data and provide meaningful insights
  • Experience handling multi-million dollar clients individually and as a team
  • Able to lead a larger team and train them according to their skills. Provide valuable feedback on their growth and a development plan for their career
  • Attend all project/client on boarding calls and able to handle the calls individually
  • Quality check the work done by the team and provide feedback to improve the efficiency
  • Conduct training on a regular basis to keep the team up to date on the domain
  • Recommend appropriate audience segments based on client’s target
  • Recommend appropriate channel tactics, platforms, and partners
  • Understands Goals and Objectives of Brand and build strategies
  • Understands Digital Transformation and Audience management
  • Understanding of the concepts of reach, frequency, ROI and latency
  • Experience working with 3rd party Media vendors
  • Understands Marketing funnel and strategize campaigns as per goal
  • Solid understanding of ad serving and verification tools, and other tools


  • Work as a member of the team and cross functional teams
  • Ability to lead/own internal & vendor meetings and communication
  • Have an aptitude for basic mathematical concepts
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet all deadlines while producing quality
  • Ability to aggregate and communicate data to support recommendations
  • Ability to follow through on assigned tasks with minimal supervision
